1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed online will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Please review your order details carefully. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us directly.
2. Payment
All online orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment system. We do not accept cash on delivery for online orders.
3. Order Modification or Cancellation
Changes or cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of placing the order. After that, we may already be preparing your food and cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
4. Estimated Preparation Time
Our standard preparation time is approximately 20–45 minutes, depending on the size of your order and current volume. During peak hours or special events, delays may occur.
5. Pickup and Delivery
• Pickup: Please arrive at the designated time to ensure food freshness.
• Delivery: We aim to deliver on time, but traffic and weather conditions may cause delays. Delivery is available within our service area only.
6. Allergies and Special Requests
Please inform us clearly of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Refunds and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving it. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
8. Minimum Order for Delivery
A minimum spend may apply for delivery orders. This will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
